Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, birthdays and anniversaries: For most people, just thinking about these special days bring back happy memories. However, for those that have lost loved ones, these special times can be dulled by pain and sorrow. The holidays do not necessarily have to be entirely sad. There are ways to help you cope with your grief during this time. We invite you to attend one of the “Grief and the Holidays” sessions. Our hope is that the information provided during our time together will help you through this difficult time. There is no fee for these sessions.
