Why we need your support

As a nonprofit agency, Lower Valley Hospice and Palliative Care has a policy of providing end-of-life-services for eligible individuals living in Benton and Yakima Counties regardless of their ability to pay for these services.

The Hospice Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance benefits do provide coverage for services related to a life-limiting illness. However, the reimbursement received by Lower Valley Hospice and Palliative Care does not fully cover hospice services and provides no coverage at all for pre-hospice care/services

You can make a difference

Donations provide significant support for Hospice and pre-hospice services and enable us to enhance the quality of life for each patient and to support their families.

Your gift, regardless of size, will make a difference in someone’s life and in the quality of care available to those that Lower Valley Hospice and Palliative Care serves. All gifts will be acknowledged with a thank you and tax deductible receipt.
